Chapter 21- Waves of Anomalies and the Hidden Truth

Chapter 21 – Waves of Anomalies and the Hidden Truth

  The tournament was over.

That night, inside the Detective Agency HQ, every key figure gathered for an emergency meeting. In the central chamber, Hasyalys activated the massive holographic display. Images flickered into existence—multiple regions across the world suffering from strange disturbances.

Dr. Nadia Present folded her arms, her voice tense.

Dr. Nadia: “We have a serious problem. Several anomaly points appeared simultaneously. The energy signature… it’s identical to the period before Syavadark’s previous uprising.”

  Zedwan’s expression hardened.

Zedwan: “We investigate immediately. But stay alert… I suspect we have a spy among us.”

First Incident – Shao Moon’s Disciple

During a mission to an ancient temple in Peru / Anderua, Fran and Shinin were ambushed.

  Their attacker—

  Kyren.

  A disciple of Shao Moon.

  But something was terribly wrong.

His movements were erratic. His eyes were swallowed by darkness. His power had spiraled out of control.

  Fran staggered back.

  Fran: “That’s not Kyren!”

Shinin reacted instantly, neutralizing him with precise force. The moment Kyren collapsed, a writhing dark parasite tore free from his body and burrowed into the earth before anyone could stop it.

Moments later, Troy arrived, gripping his weapon so tightly his knuckles turned white.

Troy: “I believed my student was safe… but this…”

Back at HQ, Nadia, Zedwan, and Hasyalys tracked similar energy waves emerging across three other locations:

The underground temple of Teyvatra Plateau

A derelict spacecraft in the Ghorbai Desert

The submerged ruins beneath the Mediterranean / Maradeyra Sea

  The pattern was unmistakable.

Valdira’s Mission & the New Vanth

Dr. Nadia soon discovered one of her data bracelets missing.

  Last detected—

Taken by Valdira, disguised as a spectator during the tournament.

Valdira now led Syavadark’s elite forces.

Her objective: raid mysterious sites and collect fragments of ancient power.

All to revive a classified dark project:

  The New Vanth.

  Nadia’s face paled.

Nadia: “This Vanth… it’s not the one I created. It has evolved into a hybrid of nanobot intelligence and dark energy. If it reaches completion… we may not be able to stop it.”

  Resurrection Under the Blood Moon

Chapter Segment – Ching Lee Reborn: Two Souls, One Body, One Ulna Bone

Location: Ancient underground chamber beneath Saint Regalis Monastery

Time: Night of the Blood Moon Supermoon, within Lysa’s territory

Drops of blood fell slowly from an obsidian blade into glowing ritual glyphs. Carvings of a winged eye pulsed with deep crimson light.

Aisha leaned closer to Fran, whispering.

Aisha: “The elders are never wrong. Ching Lee will rise tonight… through Lysa.”

  Fran frowned.

Fran: “But… she’s dead. How can someone resurrect without a body?”

  Aisha’s eyes glinted.

Aisha: “Who said she needs her own body?”

Inside Lysa’s Mind – Two Personalities

If you spot this story on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation.

Lysa stood alone in an endless white field. Thick mist obscured the horizon.

  Then—

  A voice.

  Smooth. Teasing. Mocking.

Ching Lee: “Wow. So empty in here. What do you keep inside that head of yours, Lysa? Nothing but echoes and regret?”

  Lysa clicked her tongue.

Lysa: “If you like it so much, why don’t you become my spine already?”

  Ching Lee laughed.

Ching Lee: “Your spine? Too soft. I want something harder… sharper. Maybe your elbow.”

  Lysa: “The ulna? Seriously?”

Ching Lee: “Why not? A temporary residence. Then you break it… I emerge… and BOOM. My body restored.”

The Ritual – Break the Bone, Release the Soul

  Lysa’s eyes snapped open.

  Her left arm trembled violently.

  She clenched.

  KRAK!!

The sickening crack of a fractured ulna bone echoed through the chamber. Vampire blood erupted—but instead of spilling freely, the glyphs absorbed it hungrily.

The sky above roared with scarlet lightning.

A violent red vortex burst outward.

  From Lysa’s shattered bone—

  Ching Lee’s soul emerged.

It devoured the blood and ritual energy.

  And then—

A form began to take shape.

  A woman’s silhouette.

Black hair shimmering like liquid night.

  Eyes glowing crimson-violet.

Gothic armor unfurling like shadowed wings.

  Ching Lee—

  Restored to her original body.

  After the Resurrection

  Fran stared, stunned.

Fran: “She… she really came out of a bone?”

  Aisha nodded calmly.

Aisha: “Vampire bones store genetic memory and spiritual energy. Like a seed… and she just hatched.”

Ching Lee ran a hand through her hair.

Ching Lee: “Thank you, Lysa. You were an exquisite host.”

  Lysa flexed her regenerating arm.

Lysa: “You owe me one full week at the spa.”

Within seconds, Lysa’s healing abilities repaired the fractured ulna.

  But the ritual left consequences.

Ching Lee and Lysa were now spiritually linked—

Like parasitic twins of the soul.

They could sense each other’s emotions… and pain… especially if separated for too long.

A bond that promised devastating combo attacks—

  And dangerous emotional conflicts.

  Unexpected Battle – Iskaldra, Mos’kaar

Now a full-blooded vampire once more, Ching Lee descended upon Iskaldra, Mos’kaar.

There, she encountered three Syavadark agents experimenting with dark crystals.

  Her lips curled.

  Ching Lee: “Syavadark’s pathetic toys…”

  The massacre was swift.

Two agents fell under her Shadow Fang Lightning Typhoon.

Valdira barely escaped, fleeing with critical data.

  The Truth About Yorukira

From the extracted memories of a captured agent, Troy and Liu Kei uncovered a revelation.

  Yorukira—

  Was no mere ancient legend.

He had directly participated in Vanth’s cloning project.

  And worse—

He had formed a secret pact with Valdira.

  Hasyalys exhaled slowly.

Hasyalys: “That explains how Syavadark knew every ancient power site…”

An Unexpected Affection – Ching Lee & Yorukira

Ching Lee’s attitude toward Yorukira began to shift—especially after learning he had been protecting his adopted child, Dark Sky.

  She shrugged nonchalantly.

Ching Lee: “I didn’t marry him for him. My resurrection tied me to Lysa—two souls, one existence. But there’s another reason…”

  Her gaze softened slightly.

Ching Lee: “I want to be Dark Sky’s mother. That child… there’s something about him.”

A Shadow of Return – Arven Flameborn

As the team prepared to split up and investigate the anomalies—

  The western sky ignited.

A strange orange radiance burned across the horizon.

From the HQ balcony, Lysa stared, eyes glistening.

Lysa (whispering): “That light… it’s just like before…”

  Hasyalys stepped beside her.

Hasyalys: “Perhaps… he’s trying to find his way home.”

  Warmth enveloped the HQ.

  An aura—

  Like a phoenix.

  Yet no body appeared.

  Only one truth remained:

The Phoenix had not completely faded.

End of Chapter – The Beginning of Eclipse

  Hasyalys turned toward the others.

Hasyalys: “Tonight, we prepare. Not just as investigators… but as the world’s first line of defense.”

  Zedwan nodded grimly.

Zedwan: “This time… our true strength will be tested. Not in an arena.”

Zedwan: “But on the real battlefield.”

  To be continued…
