Chloe continued to fight against the two of them. Despite being alone, Chloe was able to put up a fight against Noa and Irene. However, in the end, she was unable to defeat Noa and Irene. Chloe fell and was defeated.
"The winners of this seventh match are Noa and Irene," said Mr. Alan.
"So Princess Chloe lost, huh? It seems it was indeed difficult for Princess Chloe to win against the Ice Princess."
"Noa also managed to defeat Mauro easily."
"Based on the rankings during the entrance exam, it's safe to say that Noa and the Ice Princess are the strongest pair in this exam. Noa ranked 6th, while the Ice Princess ranked 2nd," said the students after watching their match.
After the match, Irene approached the unconscious Chloe and carried her.
"Mr. Alan, may I take Chloe straight to the treatment room in the central building?" Irene asked.
"Her condition does look concerning. Please carry her if you can or ask for help," said Mr. Alan.
"I'll ask Rid to help," said Irene.
"Okay," said Mr. Alan.
Then Irene carried Chloe to the edge of the training ground.
"Rid, please help take Chloe to the treatment room," Irene said.
"Okay," I said.
I carried Chloe to the treatment room, and Irene accompanied me.
After leaving the training ground, since no one was watching, I used my healing magic on Chloe. Even though I was healed, I still carried her to the treatment room. Meanwhile, Noa carried Mauro to the edge of the training ground and saw Rid carrying Chloe out with Irene.
"Where are they going?" Noa asked.
"They're going to the treatment room because Chloe's condition looks worrying," Charles said.
"You're not coming, Charles?" Noa asked.
"No, although I'm worried, it's not good for so many people to accompany her," Charles said.
"I see, then what about this student?" Noa said, still carrying Mauro.
"If his ?condition isn't worrying, just put? him here. He'll wake up eventually," Charles said.
"It doesn't seem like a big deal, after all, I only hit him a few times. Okay, then I'll just put him here," Noa said, laying Mauro down on the sidelines.

A few moments later, all the matches for the first day of the second exam were over. Irene, Chloe, and I had returned to the training ground.
"The second exam for today is over. You can go straight home to rest or stay here to train again. Just prepare yourselves for the second day tomorrow. I'll take my leave now, see you tomorrow," said Mr. Alan.
"See you, sir," we all said.
Then Mr. Alan left the training ground.
"Hmm, Rid, would it be okay if we practice a bit before going home? I feel like I need to improve my skills some more. If we get a stronger opponent tomorrow, I think I can be of help," said Julie.
"Okay, let's practice some more," I said.
We practiced there, and Julie and I weren't the only ones thinking the same thing. The training ground was now full of students eager to practice.

The next day.
"Let's begin the draw for today's matches. As I said yesterday, you can't play against the same team you've already played against. If that happens, the draw will be repeated. Please come forward, team representatives," said Mr. Alan.
I asked Julie to draw hers again, and then Julie and the others also received their slips. I opened the slips, and Julie drew number 3. I looked for the same number on Julie's slip, and it turned out to be Chloe's.
The other students were surprised to see this, and they seemed to empathize with Chloe.
"Yesterday I played against Noa and Irene, and now I'm playing against Rid. Looks like I'm having a bad luck this time," Chloe said.
Meanwhile, I looked at the other participants' numbers, and there weren't any interesting matches as far as I could see. Except for one thing, Lily and Ray Clemence were assigned the same number, 6. This means Lily and Leandra will face each other. It looks like it will be an interesting match.

The second day's matches began. Charles & Lotta and Noa & Irene, who were ranked first and second, defeated their respective opponents. Now, the match moved on to the third.
"Let's begin the next match. Step forward, Rid, Julie, Chloe, and Mauro," said Mr. Alan.
The four of us stepped forward to the center of the training ground.
"I know you lost to Noa and Irene yesterday, but unfortunately, I can't give up today, Chloe. I have to beat you again this time," I said.
"I don't expect you to give up either, Rid. I know you're very strong, but I'll try my best to defeat you," said Chloe.
"Are you four ready?" asked Mr. Alan.
"Ready," all four of us said.
"Then, the match begins!" said Mr. Alan.
"Julie, do as I said," I said.
"Okay," said Julie.
I quickly moved toward Mauro and slashed my sword. But he managed to block my sword with his spear, which had been transformed into a water spear. Our weapons clashed, but I managed to push him back.
"Wow, it's just a normal attack, but it's this powerful. As expected of first place. How many times can I block your attacks?" Mauro asked.
"How about you try again?" I asked again.
I headed toward Mauro again and prepared to attack him, but Mauro blocked my sword strike again, only to be pushed back. This situation continued. Chloe, seeing Mauro cornered by me, immediately fired an arrow at me.
~Fire Piercing Arrow~
The fiery arrow quickly headed my way, but suddenly exploded before it could reach me.
"Sorry, Princess Chloe. Your opponent this time is me," Julie said.
It turned out that it was Julie's arrow that caused Chloe's arrow to explode. The reaction between electricity and fire can create quite a powerful explosion.
"Okay, I accept your offer. But don't blame me if I don't use my arrow against you," Chloe said.
Chloe put away her bow and chose to use her two daggers against Julie. Chloe knew Julie was using a bow and that most ranged weapon users weren't good at close-quarters combat, so she chose to use her daggers to defeat Julie quickly. Chloe quickly made her way towards Julie.
Meanwhile, I watched Julie and Chloe's battle while continuing to attack Mauro with my sword. Julie managed to dodge Chloe's attacks and continued to attack her, but I didn't know how long she would last.
"It looks like my partner is in danger, so I'll end this match quickly," I said.
"What?" Mauro said, surprised.
~Sword Art : Half Moon Slash~
I aimed my sword technique at Mauro, but Mauro quickly formed a defensive formation with his spear. But the attack was too powerful for him to withstand, and he was sent flying against the training ground wall. Mauro fell instantly. The other students were shocked to see Mauro fall so quickly.
"Well, it's no surprise he's down. Even Kotaro couldn't withstand my attack just now. Now I have to help, Julie," I thought.
Meanwhile, Chloe continued to attack Julie with her two daggers. She was so focused on attacking that she didn't realize her partner was already down. Julie initially managed to dodge Chloe's attacks, but gradually lost focus and ended up getting hit by several attacks. Chloe quickly continued attacking Julie until she finally fell, leaving her defenses wide open. Chloe, not wanting to waste this opportunity, immediately attacked the fallen Julie, but I quickly stood in front of her and blocked both daggers with my sword.
"Rid?!?!?! How could—," Chloe said, shocked.
She immediately turned to look for Mauro and saw him already collapsed against the training ground wall.
"I see, so you've defeated Mauro. You could have attacked me from behind and defeated me instantly, but instead you came up from the front and blocked my attack," Chloe said.
"How could I attack from behind against a woman?," I said.
"You're very noble, but this isn't over yet, Rid," Chloe said.
Chloe intensified her attacks and tried to pressure me in this exchange of weapons. But I also pressed her and managed to push her back. Both daggers were knocked loose. Seeing Chloe fall without a weapon, I immediately approached her and pointed my sword at her.
"It's your loss, Chloe," I said.
"I guess you're right, it's my loss," Chloe said.
Chloe raised her hands in surrender. Seeing this, Mr. Alan immediately announced the results.
"The winners of this third match are Rid and Julie," Mr. Alan said.
Hearing this, the other students were shocked, as the match had ended so quickly. I reached out to help Chloe, who had fallen. Chloe accepted my hand and got back up.
"I was trying so hard not to lose and ended up falling, but now I just accept defeat when you point your gun at me. It's really strange. This is my second loss, and this defeat is really frustrating," Chloe said.

A few moments later.
The sixth match took place. It was Lily & Kotaro versus Leandra & Ray. However, in the middle of the match, Ray was lying on the floor with multiple wounds. Leandra just watched, unconcerned.
