Poor Twig had to hurry, or “Lukas” would surely catch wind of it. As the triceratops rushed towards the dining area, Basil and Nico could see Twig had seen a ghost.
“What’s happening Twig?” asked Nico.
“Yea, tell us” replied Basil.
“Lukas is actually Yuril Laws in disguise!” cried Twig.
Nico and Basil both shook their heads in disbelief – Yuril had all the logic and reason why he wanted to have revenge.
“Okay, we can’t expose him while everyone loves him” whispered Basil.
Basil was right, the older dinosaurs such as Ricky, Iradom, Meg and Jennifer all LOVED Lukas the way he was – it would be terrible that they’d call him out.
“No, what we need to do is let him get to us” continued Basil.
“Oh, that might work, but who would be the one to be the bait?” asked Twig.
“That would have to be me” replied Nico, “Yuril had it out for me from the beginning.”
The raptor brothers and their friend Twig agreed on one thing – it was to make it look like Nico was the victim of everything. Once Yuril arrived back into the dinning area, things got quiet.

“About time you showed up for dinner” said Ricky.
Ricky pulled up a chair for Lukas.
“No, he has to sit with me!” cried Meg.
“No, he should sit with me!” cried Iradom.
Yuril couldn’t believe how popular Lukas was, this would be to Yuril’s advantage into exposing the pranking raptors.
“This almost seems too easy” thought Yuril.
Little did Yuril realize he was playing into his hubris into getting all the raptors in trouble and then move onto Twig as the last target. As the dinner progressed as the other dinosaur servants came over with the food, Yuril pretended to have a stomach issue.
“What seems to be the problem?” asked Tao.
Tao was worried for Lukas’ safety, Basil was responsible for making the food with Ispan.
“Somebody must have put some terrible ingredients into this food, I think I might have been poisoned” replied Yuril.
Tao took one look at Basil.
“I followed the recipe exactly the way it told me” continued Basil.
Basil knew he couldn’t escape this one – he was sent back to his quarters by some triceratops security guards. Tao didn’t like the fact that two raptors were now out of kitchen duty. That left poor Nico to do most of the job – it was a stress test that Yuril was hoping to give to the poor orange raptor. Twig couldn’t just watch his friend suffer.
“Please, please, I would like to do some kitchen duties” said Twig.
“I’m sorry, but Nico has to fill in for his brothers” replied Tao, “you’re just going to have to wait until it’s over.”
Tao had a point, Twig would be the last one in line, as for poor Nico he would have to create all of the morning meals for them. Already the place was a big mess – he couldn’t believe how terrible conditions that his brothers had to work under. He wondered maybe doing hard labor wouldn’t be so bad after all. Then again, he thought about Yuril making up stuff to get his brothers in trouble.
