Episode 8 – The Revelation of Lim
Previously on Anjo Negro
Lee is called away by Lara while speaking with Leon.
He asks Leon to remain in the room and leaves in a hurry.
Scene 1 – Laura’s Room
The room is silent, heavy with tension.
Moonlight slips through the window, casting pale shadows across the walls.
Lee opens the door carefully.
Laura lies on the bed, visibly shaken. Beside her sits Lara, her posture firm, almost protective.
Lara:
“She’s ready to tell you what she saw inside Leon…”
Laura exhales slowly, her voice weak but resolute.
Laura:
“Lee… it’s worse than we imagined. Lara was right.
That boy… he carries Lim within him.”
Lee staggers back, stunned.
Laura:
“He is the incarnation of the ancient Krizardian God. I saw it.
The power inside him is immeasurable. Even you wouldn’t be able to stop him if he lost control.
You were right… he must not fall into Aris’s hands.”
Lara swallows hard.
Lara:
Stolen from its original source, this story is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.
“Mother… you said he spoke to you?”
Laura:
“Yes. When I entered his mind, that beast grabbed me by the throat.
He said I resembled her… a traitor.
But he didn’t say who she was.”
She looks at her trembling hands.
Laura:
“I was going to die there…”
Flashback – Inside Leon’s Mind
Leon’s mind is a chaotic void.
Black flames rise endlessly. At the center stands a colossal creature—claws, wings, five writhing tails, and burning yellow eyes.
The Creature (growling):
“You should not be here…”
A distorted laugh echoes.
The Creature:
“You look like her… the traitor…”
In an instant, it lunges forward and grips Laura’s neck. She tries to scream, but no sound escapes.
Laura (voice-over):
“I felt death closing in… that being wanted to kill me…”
Suddenly—
A blinding white light pierces the darkness.
Time freezes.
A luminous hand grasps Laura’s.
A calm, authoritative voice fills the void.
Voice:
“Step back.”
The creature recoils, releasing Laura and retreating into the shadows.
Laura (voice-over, crying):
“That light… it carried a peace I had never felt before.
It embraced me… and then I woke up.”
Scene 2 – Back in the Room
Laura wipes tears from her eyes.
Lee and Lara remain silent, absorbing the weight of the revelation.
Lee:
“Every time I think I find an answer… more questions appear.”
A knock at the door.
Director Doria enters.
Director:
“How are you feeling, Laura?”
Laura:
“Better… but we don’t have time to waste.
We must convene the Xprian Council.”
Lee (firmly):
“No. Not everything can be made public.
They’ll try to seize control—and they won’t understand what’s really happening.”
The director narrows his eyes.
Director:
“And what is so dangerous, Lee?”
Laura meets his gaze.
Laura:
“Leon is… the incarnation of Lim.”
The director pales.
A suffocating silence fills the room.
Narrator (internal):
The Director knew what that meant.
For years, the Xprian Council had plotted in the shadows—to overthrow the Krizardians and use Lee as the key to killing Aris, his own father.
But Lee, already suspicious, had been spying on the Xprians for a long time—with Lara’s help.
Director (masking his fear):
“We must go. The Council will decide what must be done.”
Laura (sighing):
“Then let’s end the secrets.
Everyone to the council chamber.”
Scene 3 – Leon’s Room
The scene cuts.
Leon sits alone on his bed, restless. He stares at his hands, feeling something shift deep within him.
Leon (thinking):
“What’s inside me…?
Why did I hear that voice again?”
A familiar, rough whisper echoes in his mind.
Voice:
“You are my vessel…
They don’t know what you’re capable of…
Neither do you… not yet.”
Leon’s eyes flash briefly with a dark golden glow.
He blinks—and it vanishes.
Leon (whispering):
“What kind of monster am I…?”
