Tono: Shoot on Sight if They Resist
Ngatmo Wijaya pushed open the door to the main hall of the Kembang Setaman Nightclub.
His eyes scanned the chaos—tables and chairs overturned, glasses and bottles shattered everywhere.
Karsiyah, Rani, and Rina followed him inside, their eyes also taking in the mess.
The place was full of people sprawled on the floor, suffering in all sorts of ways: lumps the size of mangoes, swollen cheeks, broken teeth, and stomach cramps.
Ngatmo Wijaya: "Hey, Karsiyah! Isn't that Giono, your brother?"
Karsiyah, Rani, and Rina looked in the direction Ngatmo pointed.
Karsiyah: "Mbelgedes gombale mukiyo! Hey, Giono! Over here!"
Rani: "That's Uncle Giono!"
Rina: "Hey, Uncle Giono!"
Hearing his name, Giono turned.
Giono: "Karsiyah, my little sister! And you, Ngatmo! Rani, Rina, my nieces!"
Giono started toward Karsiyah, but several security guards blocked his way.
Thud!!
Thud!
Two security guards went flying backward after taking Giono's punches.
The brawl between the Green Gang and the Kembang Setaman security was still raging, even with Densus 88 in the room.
Tono: "Arrest all Kembang Setaman nightclub security!"
Rudin: "Don't let anyone escape!"
Tono: "Shoot on sight if they resist!"

Salamun and Kolil
In a somewhat hidden spot:
Salamun: "Right, Lil?"
Kolil: "What do you mean?"
Salamun: "We're gonna get caught too!"
Kolil: "Prison time, huh, Mun?"
If you stumble upon this narrative on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen from Royal Road. Please report it.
Salamun: "Corn rice for sure."
Kolil: "And salted fish, right, Mun?"
They both chuckled bitterly in resignation. If they resisted, they'd be shot. Trying to run was out of the question.
Salamun: "Look, Lil. Some of our friends are already cuffed."
Kolil: "The other cops are ready to shoot."
They glanced at each other, then stared blankly at their handcuffed friends.
Salamun: "See Darmo up front?"
Kolil looked where Salamun was pointing.
Kolil: "Darmo's already cuffed."
Salamun: "They say Darmo's bulletproof. Why didn't he fight and run?"
Kolil: "Who told you Darmo's bulletproof? You see that scar on his left cheek?"
Salamun: "Yeah, what about it?"
Kolil: "That's from a bullet grazing him…"
Salamun and Kolil gave a crooked, amused smile—part humor, part bitterness.

The Green Gang Keeps Pummeling
Karto and Turiman fought side by side, pounding the security guards of the Kembang Setaman nightclub.
A few well-placed kicks and punches from the two had already taken down several guards.
Meanwhile, Tikno—full of enthusiasm—kept swinging his nightstick wildly… at empty space. Sometimes he smashed a drink shelf, other times the bartender's counter.
Karto: "Hey, Tikno! Open your eyes! The enemy's behind you!"
Tikno ignored Karto. He kept swinging his nightstick left and right, eyes still shut tight.
Turiman: "Hey, Tikno! You're on fire. Did you just drink Extra Joss with milk?"
The scrawny Tikno didn't answer, still going at it.
Every so often, he'd pause, gasping for breath. So far, he hadn't taken down a single enemy.
Amid the chaos and brawling, the Densus 88 unit kept sweeping the area—arresting downed guards and cuffing them.
Karto and Turiman glanced toward the side door. They spotted Giono talking with two middle-aged women—Rani and Rina.
Karto: "Hey, Turiman! Look—Rani and Rina joined the fight."
Turiman: "They even brought their parents."
Karto: "The more, the merrier, Man!"

The Security Guards Surrender – Part 3
Seeing the situation turning against them, the nightclub security guards threw away their nightsticks.
Security Guard: "We surrender!"
Salamun and Kolil emerged from hiding with their hands raised.
Salamun: "We surrender too."
The Densus 88 team immediately cuffed them and escorted them to the police truck outside.
Tono glanced toward the Green Gang, who stood exhausted after the fight.
Rudin: "Shouldn't they be cuffed too?"
Tono shook his head.
Tono: "Don't touch the Green Gang. You know who Giono is?"
Rudin: "Former Kopassus. Captain rank."
Tono: "And the best sniper they ever had. You want to offend him?"
Rudin simply shook his head.
Meanwhile, Ngatmo Wijaya grabbed one security guard by the collar.
Ngatmo: "Broto?"
The guard pointed toward the upper floor.
At the same time, Tono was interrogating Salamun.
Tono: "Where is Madam Mariana?"
Salamun: "Upstairs!"
Kolil: "In the Sweet Room."
Tono: "Rudin! Secure all the suspects."
Rudin: "Yes, sir!"
Tono and two of his men rushed toward the staircase, followed by Giono, Ngatmo Wijaya, Karsiyah, Rani, and Rina.
Though their motives were different, their goal was the same. Without further debate, they climbed the stairs toward the Sweet Room together.

Tension in the Sweet Room
Nagini: "Don't take Sawitri!"
Nagini prepared to throw a needle.
Burhan: "Hands up! Don't move!"
Burhan aimed his pistol.
Broto, though intimidated by Nagini, was far more afraid of Mariana.
Broto: "Hold them off! I'll bring Sawitri to Madam!"
He ordered Reno, Riko, Rifai, and Rendi—his bodyguards armed with AK-47 assault rifles—to block Nagini and Burhan.
The four guards, who had been blocking Nagini from the start, lined up with their rifles aimed squarely at the pair.
One of them, Reno, barked:
Reno: "Don't move! Hands up!"
Burhan gave a wry smile. His only weapon was a pistol, while the four in front of him held automatic rifles.
Burhan: "Nagini, they've got automatics."
Nagini: "I know, Burhan…"
He glanced at her. Nagini's hands began to tremble violently, and the air around them turned icy cold.
A blue glow appeared on her wrist. She took a low fighting stance.
Burhan thought realistically—how could a single pistol stand against a barrage from four automatic weapons?
But he had complete faith in Nagini's abilities. Especially now that she had summoned her mystical power.
Meanwhile, Broto escorted Sawitri up the stairs—to where Mariana and the waiting helicopter were.

Zero-Degree AC
The air grew colder.
The blue glow on Nagini's hands spread across her entire body.
Broto's four men glanced at one another.
Reno: "Weird…"
Rendi: "It was hot in the main hall, even with the AC on."
Riko: "Now in this un–air-conditioned nightclub hallway, it's freezing."
Rifai: "Not just cold… my hair's standing on end."
They began to shiver. Their gun hands tingled, then went numb.
Burhan also felt the icy chill stabbing into his bones. His pistol nearly slipped from his grasp.
Nagini: "Burhan, go after Sawitri—now!"
Burhan looked at her for a moment.
Nagini: "I'll deal with these four burlap sacks."
Burhan hurried toward the stairs, hiding a small smile.
Broto's four men couldn't move. Their bodies were pinned down by the freezing air.
Reno: "Damn! My hands are numb!"
Rendi: "Hell! My arms are frozen—I can't move them!"
Riko: "Mercy! Who turned the AC down to zero?"
Rifai: "Freakin' hell! I'm shaking all over!"
Reno: "Anyone… anyone know how to turn it off?"
They were completely frozen in place, forced to watch Burhan walk past—unable to do a thing.
To be continued
