As the first rays of sunlight began to shine over the destroyed village, BSAA military helicopters and armored vehicles started to completely encircle the perimeter.
Several teams surrounded the village, Heisenberg's factory, Moreau's lake, the Beneviento house, and finally the Dimitrescu castle. Once the teams managed to eliminate some lycans and zombies in the area, they signaled to advance into the castle and entered.
The castle corridors, now illuminated by the morning light, began to echo with the footsteps of the BSAA teams. They started searching every room for anything that could be a threat or useful.
They found a room with the crystallized remains of Alcina and her daughters on a kind of pedestal, probably left by the Duke when Ethan sold them to him. The soldiers approached and noticed a dark liquid leaking from inside the crystallized remains and stepped back.
One of the soldiers took a vacuum flask and collected the leaking liquid, filling 4 of those flasks, one from each of them. Alcina's flask was labeled D-01, and Bela's, Daniela's, and Cassandra's were labeled D-01-01, D-01-02, and D-01-03.
As soon as he finished filling the last flask with that black liquid and sealed it under vacuum, the crystallized remains crumbled into dust and ashes, and the liquid that remained outside dried up. The soldier hurried to deliver the flasks to another soldier in one of the helicopters. The pilot took the flasks and stored them in a cryogenic case, took off, and headed toward the BSAA's secret base in Romania, hidden inside a mountain.

Landing on the base's helipad and the platform retracting back into the mountain, the pilot was met by armed soldiers and scientists in white lab coats. He quickly handed the cryogenic case to the scientists, who hurried toward the laboratory. As the scientists exchanged glances, they spoke quietly to each other.
Scientist 1: "If this crazy plan works... I'll buy you a whole round of beer..." The scientist said in a tone trying to sound joking but extremely nervous.
Scientist 2: "I really hope it works... Chris is already on our tail because he must have discovered our... 'different' soldiers... he must be furious right now!"
Scientist 1: "That's why we need to hurry with this! So he gets off our backs and sees that THIS project will work!"
Scientist 2: "Yeah... but we're dealing with... one of Miranda's most successful experiments... and we're just going to try to revive Alci-" and he was interrupted by the other scientist.
Scientist 1: "Shut the fuck up! You idiot! Do you want to screw everything up now? Let's stay quiet until we get there, okay?"
The other scientist just nodded, still feeling a bit guilty for being reprimanded. They arrived at a high-tech laboratory with other scientists and placed the case in a secure spot while carefully removing the flasks.
"Okay... now... let's see what we can do..."
Several months passed, and now there were glass containers with liquids that allowed cell growth. In these containers were the labels D-01 and D-01-01, D-01-02, and D-01-03, and in an even more hidden container, there was a handwritten inscription on tape stuck to the front of the glass: "P-00."
As the water calmed due to the bubbles settling, the silhouette of an enormous and slender body appeared, nearly 3 meters tall, and then... golden eyes glowed through the glass, and a warning flashed beside it: "Project Dimitrescu - Initiated."
