A QUESTION ANSWERED
While Rhys looks over each Status, Connie exclaims. “My attributes all went up by nine.” Then asks. “Is that good?”
Rhys answers her. “That is very good. I expect that increase over a week, not a single day.” He says looking over everyone's Status Sheets noticing everyone increased by nine or ten points. “Tanner.” He says, using a sharp tone. Looking Tanner in the eye. “Do you have a headache?”
“Yes, a little one.”
“Tanner, this is important. Have you had headaches after training?”
“Yes, they started off pretty bad, but got better after about two and a half weeks. I still get them after training, but not as bad.”

“Have you and Claire been in a party while you were training these last few weeks?”
“Yes.”
“Were the ten of you in a party today?” Rhys asks with a sharp gaze at Tanner.
“Yes, we never disbanded from orientation day morning, when Jackson asked us to form a party. Why?”
Rhys stands and begins pacing, talking to himself. “Could it be the answer? How? How would it work? Why would it work?” He trails off. “Tanner, I believe you are influencing the Attribute gains of your party.”
So goes the entire week before school starts. All ten party members now have peak Tier zero equipment and a start on a delving gear collection. Tanner meets his mother’s people, he finds he likes his older cousin a great deal. His two aunts and grandmother are likable, but he remains cautious. He explained to Claire and Connie that Barty wouldn’t want his money back, that such an attempt would cause offense. Tanner’s party is in complete amazement over the increase in Stat points gained. After Rhys’s explanation that Tanner is effecting the party. The ten young adults train intensely, striving for peak Attributes before school began.
