Chapter 727

  Everyone at the tavern was filled with excitement after watching the concert on the screen Enoril had set up. Anton thought that the forest elves were just affected by the energy that the original audience of the Journey band exhibited. He could not fault them. He, too, was affected. Like his blood was suddenly filled with energy, it was as if the performance of the band had some sort of magical effect.

  Anton regretted the fact that he had never been to a great concert back on Earth. It would have been nice to personally experience the electrifying performance and the vitality of the audience.

  After the concert ended, Anton saw that the elves inside the tavern looked like they were entering a full-blown party mode. He shrugged, intended to join the party and enjoy the experience. To contribute to the party, Anton started a playlist of electronic music. He chose to play the music overly loud, which would prevent anyone from being heard, but soon, everyone was dancing.

  Anton did not know when the alcohol was served, but soon, he was buzzed. He danced wildly together with all the elves nearby, male or female. After a few hours, Enoril dragged him from the center and asked him to stop the music. At first, Anton wanted to push Enoril away, but the elf insisted, so with a sigh, he stopped the music.

  What Anton did not know was that the guards had already arrived to stop the party. Apparently, the noise was loud enough that the neighboring establishment was bothered. Thankfully, no one snitched on him. Anton and Enoril laughingly escaped through the back door, and they ran to Anton’s house.

  It was already five in the afternoon, and that meant that in a couple of hours, the movie-watching that day would commence. Anton could have cured himself from intoxication, but he liked the mild buzz that the alcohol gave him. It made him feel that everything was funny. Besides, he was not truly drunk. His overwhelming physical stats would not allow him to get drunk with just a few ounces of alcohol.

  Anton could smell himself, though. He and Enoril stink of alcohol, so once they entered the guest house where he was staying, he cast a high-level cleansing spell on himself and Enoril, and that made the stink go away.

  “I’m feeling horny, Enoril. Do you have a brothel here?” Anton suddenly asked, then laughed when the elf looked at him scandalously.

  Anton learned something new. Apparently, there were no brothels inside the forest kingdom. Enoril did suggest that hooking up with someone was not a big problem since elven girls were usually open to such things, and Anton’s reputation was getting bigger every day. Enoril thought that after a few days, some elven girls would be willing to spend the night with him. Anton was extremely intrigued, and his horniness increased. The elves were a beautiful people, and spending a night with one or more of them was an experience he wanted to have. Thankfully, the elven girls knew spells that would prevent conception, but Anton still decided to search for the same spell since he did not want to return here someday to find out that he sired a child. Thankfully, he did not have to worry about sexually transmitted diseases since his healing aura could heal him of that kind of ailment, and that was based on experience.

  He remembered the bodies of the girls that he was dancing with earlier, and his horniness grew. Enoril must have noticed, since the elf just smiled wryly and left him alone. Enoril said that he would be back in a couple of hours to fetch him for the movie-watching. Once the elf left, Anton went to the bathroom to attend to his horniness since it was not going away. Thankfully, his most trusted girlfriend, which was his left hand, and the availability of action movies over the internet, allowed him to somewhat satisfy himself. His only excuse was that his body was only nineteen years old, and it's expected that his hormones would grow wild sometimes. Even his original age, which was twenty-four, was not that old.

  After that, he took a bath, and soon Enoril returned to fetch him. They ate dinner first, then headed to the hall where the movie was being shown. Soon, the movie Avatar: The Way of Water was being shown on the huge screen. The 3d effects of the ocean were truly beautiful, but Anton stopped watching the movie since he had already seen it multiple times. Thankfully, he could enter his Diablo System while the movie was being shown, so he just spent the time leveling up his Diablo Immortal character and Diablo II ladder character. He even stopped recording the reactions of the elves since they were the same during the first Avatar film. They were fully engage on the film, and during the fight scenes, most of them could not remain in their seat.

  After the movie ended, Anton quit leveling up to focus on what the elves would request of him next, but he just heard them discussing the movie, especially the ocean and the sea creatures. He overheard Leldorin telling the nobles, including the king and the queen, about Anton’s experiences under the sea.

  During the last few hours, Anton realized that the king and queen of the forest elves were not truly some might noble line but were elected as the current leaders. Enoril told him that those who were elected as the king and queen would usually be the most powerful elves, and they did not even have to be a couple. That was why there was a sense of informality in the way the two leaders were being treated. They still garnered huge respect, but it was far from what Anton expected a true king and queen should have.

  Anton did not ask too many questions regarding the forest elves' politics, since he did not want to offend anyone, but mostly, he was not too interested in such things.

  The nobles invited Anton to their discussion when they heard that Anton tried to explore the sea near New Drennor. First, they asked the mechanics how he did it. He told them that he could cast the Water Breathing spell, even underwater, and that meant that he could continuously swim without any issue. He also explained that his defenses were very strong, so the environment under the sea was also not a problem for Anton. His other spells also help him in his mobility, and he could also cast Light spells in case he stumbled into darker areas.

  The elves were impressed that he could cast spells without verbal or gestural assistance. He did not tell them that his process was different from the normal casting since he cast the spell while he was inside his Diablo II system.

  Anton then told the elves that during his first time exploring under the sea, he stumbled into a shipwreck and managed to acquire a large amount of treasure. He told them the details of his second time exploring the sea, where he met three elves. He had already told this story before to the original six elves that went to the Brownie community, but since the others wanted to hear it, he told the story again.

  Anton almost laughed out loud when he saw twinkles in the eyes of some of the forest elves. He knew that sooner or later, some of them might try doing the same thing.

  Some of the wiser elves pointed out that the reason why Anton did not encounter too much danger was that he only explored near the port of New Drennor, and he fully agreed with that.
