Pachka is a young girl known for causing mischief with her friends living on the outer edges of the Kingdom of Datria. During one of her escapades, she chances to meet a bizarre mystic named Bekar Glum who begins to impart to her his knowledge of a mysterious force which he uses to counter the varied monsters of the Datrian frontier: the Wind.
