“ Here you can see the map.” Amir pointed out the current location where we were and it made me think that Amir was like a hidden card and I must get him to teach me this stuff. There was no bad thing in learning unlike the many folks of the present era who had a Pinyin and hunt low level Depraves just so they can remain out of the limelight and can be protected and enjoy the many luxuries with the protocol that was meant for the safety of the human sectors. There was an international forum for the human rights commission and l had to say being a human had perks. All one had to do was do a daily quota alone or with a group or through someone and one could live happily in any human sector of the collapsed world. It was all due to the surprising conditions of the world. First, the whole population was stale and it was not possible to die or have kids. In this regard, the population was not nourishing. That is the reason that people started to put more things and resources in the well being of the present humans with the experience and quality of living increasing by each day.
“ This here is the no man’s land also known as the land of Kuangbao and this here the forest of forgetness also called the forest of Wangji.” Amir pointed at the two sections of the map and l quickly understood.
There was a description written below them so I put myself under the courtesy to read it out. The description of Kuangbao read the land of desert where only the mightiest of the mightiest can tread upon while that of Wangji was written the forest to forget everything that one belonged to and a place to seek asylum. It was written simply and beautifully like a calligraphy inscription but despite this map felt to me as odd like it was not a map for only practical purposes and it showcased the hidden world of the Depraves. If my assumption was true, that would mean that these words were either instructions for the Depraves or that they were warnings as to the Deprave zone effects.
Deprave zone effects just like Depraves came with a number of applications and types. With the topography and the zones, the Depraves found in the zones demarcated certain signs and signatures that were a result of living in such places. It was like the example as rattlesnakes cannot be found in the desert and anaconda cannot live without a rainforest. Certain Depraves lived and adapted to the demography of the place they lived in or it was the other way around that they came to live in such places because the things that helped them evolve was the climate, one of the most important factors. It was one of the conspiracy theories or one of the certain propositions that it was all a result of chances or coincidences or it was maybe possible that Depraves were from an alternate universe and that something destroyed the balance of the cosmos resulting in such a thing. As for me, l only thought that such things were innately impossible because l was one of the present people when the world changed. It was my world when everything crumbled down. I had another theory that these dimensional cracks were the real home of the entire species of Depraves and they came into our world but then what about the humans that came through the vortexes.
The tale has been taken without authorization; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.
“ Dehel, wake up.” Ellaya woke me up from my torrential thoughts.
“ What?” l asked a question as everyone was looking at me with an admiring look.
“ Nothing. Just your pleasant face that goes inside your head and comes up with different theories is very pleasing to our mind space.” Tuz complained about the fact that I used my brain more often. It was a thing for him that he always looked at me for things like that.
“ Come on, mam. You always make up such things. He is more intelligent than you so you should just accept the fact, will you?” Zayn tried to calm the tension between me and his employer.
By the way, l had completely thought about the crossdresser thing. I could make use of this thing to take my revenge.
“ Yes, mam. You should just accept the fact that l am better than you.” l transpired what my counter initiative was.
“ Yeah! Very funny, Yashir. Just stop it already.”
Yashir was what she called me meaning that she was out of his or her wits. Again with the transformation error, l simply tried to forget this task as she was at the end of the patience because whenever Tuz called me by my given name instead of my mercenary official name, it meant that he was going to cancel out of the deal and storm me with ridiculous remarks. It was a relationship that had been going on for three hundred years so of course I was familiar with the mood swings of my usual client. Anything becomes familiar as long as enough time is given.
